Cadillac Margarita
The Cadillac of Margaritas
THE SPIRIT BEHIND IT
Popularized in the 1980s, Southern California’s El Torito is often credited with making the Cadillac Margarita mainstream. Typically made with aged tequila and orange liqueur, the cocktail is a luxe version of the classic Margarita. Our recipe features Socorro Tequila Añejo and Jalisco Liqueur. And it’s delicious.
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz Socorro Añejo
- 1 oz Jalisco Liqueur
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 0.25 oz agave nectar
HOW TO MAKE IT
Combine all ingredients in a glass with ice and stir to combine.
Taste it. Adjust. Make it yours.

Pablo’s Tip
Use high-quality ice and shake hard.
