THE SPIRIT BEHIND IT
The Ranch Water is simple: tequila, lime, and sparkling mineral water. For Texans, the appeal is clear: crisp, dry, and endlessly refreshing. Its origin is murky, with lore pointing to a 1960s rancher in West Texas. By the turn of the century, it was becoming a menu staple, taking its place as an iconic Texas cocktail.
