Fill a shaker full of ice and add all ingredients. Shake for 20 seconds. Strain contents into
Coupe. Garnish with orange zest and coffee beans.

0.5 oz lime juice

0.5 oz orange juice

0.5 oz agave nectar

Combine all ingredients in glass with ice.

Fashioned

1.5 oz Socorro Añejo

1 oz Jalisco 1562

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Orange

Add ingredients to a shaker and stir.

Fill Old Fashioned glass with 1 large ice cube.

Pour ingredients over ice.

Rub orange peel on the rim of glass and garnish with the peel.

Combine all ingredients in glass with ice.

.5 oz Fresh lime juice
3 to 4 Muddled Strawberries
Sparkling water
Muddle strawberries in the bottom of glass.
Pour tequila, lime juice, and sparkling water in glass.
Garnish with strawberries.

0.75 oz Jalisco 1562

1 oz Pineapple Juice

0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice

0.5 oz Ginger Agave

Ginger Tajin

Candied Ginger

Combine tequila, orange liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice, ginger agave, and ice in a shaker.

Shake for 10 seconds.

Rim glass with ginger Tajin.

Pour mixed ingredients over ice.

Garnish with candied ginger
